More than meets the eye ... or should I say less than meets the pocketbook? I have it on good authority that these houses need to be sold! Last time I looked the website showed them at their old prices but the asking price for these two have been seriously reduced. 3010 "S" St. was $54,950, but you can by it for $34,950! Top that Walmart! 2278 "W" St. is even less. It was $45,000 but now it is $29,950. Come see for yourself. I'll be at 2278 "W" from 1:00-2:00. I will be at 3010 "S" from 2:30-3:30.
