More than meets the eye ... or should I say less than meets the pocketbook? I have it on good authority that these houses need to be sold! Last time I looked the website showed them at their old prices but the asking price for these two have been seriously reduced.
3010 "S" St. was $54,950, but you can by it for $34,950! Top that Walmart!

Antelope Valley project's Union Plaza Park ... Sweet.
